ANS comments in favor of parks and green space in the Bethesda sector plan

ANS sent a letter to the Montgomery County Council in favor of more parks and open space in the Bethesda downtown (sector) plan. In particular, we are in favor of more open space (setting a 10% target over the current 2%), strengthening Greenways that connect neighborhoods with green space along roads, and changing surface parking lots to parks with underground parking underneath.
